DJI Zenmuse X7
For DJI Zenmuse series devices, the cost of the first replacement under DJI Care Refresh is 109 euros, and for the second - 169 euros.*
*In case of direct reporting to the manufacturer, the replacement cost may change based on the current exchange rate.

2. Input your unique Care Refresh code, the exact hardware serial number of your Zenmuse X7, and your personal contact details including your name and email address.

What to Do in Case of an Accident
1. Submit a formal repair request to the authorized European DJI service center, clearly referencing your active DJI Care Refresh policy.
2. Review the official diagnostics and repair quotation provided by the service center to choose between standard repair fees or utilizing your Care Refresh benefits.
3. Select the DJI Care Refresh option, pay the designated replacement fee, and prepare to receive your replacement unit without delay.

DJI Care Refresh Does Not Cover
1) Lost, missing, or partially lost equipment components.
2) Stolen, missing, or illegally abandoned hardware products.
3) Separately purchased additional accessories and external mounts.
4) Intentional destruction or deliberate loss of the product.
5) Minor cosmetic casing scratches or dents that do not impact core functionality.
6) Direct or indirect damages resulting from unforeseeable force majeure events.
7) Operational defects occurring outside the designated DJI Care Refresh validity timeframe.
8) Additional service fees related to unauthorized model upgrades or non-standard performance modifications.
9) Failures caused by hardware alterations that violate the official user manual guidelines or involve incompatible power sources.
10) Malfunctions originating from the deployment of unauthorized third-party accessories, batteries, or uncertified software builds.
Possibility of Extension*
Professional operators can extend their total equipment protection for up to 3 years by purchasing subsequent annual renewal plans.
- For existing annual plans, you can extend coverage twice by consecutively purchasing two additional annual plans, structured as: annual plan + annual plan + annual plan.
- For standard 2-year plans, you can extend your safety window once by purchasing a single additional annual plan, structured as: 2-year plan + annual plan.
Note: Direct extension via a secondary 2-year plan purchase is not supported by the manufacturer guidelines.
To qualify for a protection extension, specific policy conditions must be satisfied:
- The initial service must be secured under a valid DJI Care Refresh variant, such as an annual plan, 2-year plan, or authorized bundled renewal package.
- The active protection policy must either be currently running or within a 15-day grace period following its expiration date.
